Medical Device Sales Internship

This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to shadow a medical device sales representative specializing in breast implants. I was immersed in the entire sales process—from initial client introductions to product implementation in the OR.

I had the chance to scrub into surgeries and observe implant procedures firsthand. I traveled across the region to meet with new and existing clients. I attended client meetings, product demos, and closing discussions. One of the most important things I learned was how to identify industry needs and deliver solutions through strong relationships and strategic sales.

This experience deepened my understanding of both the clinical side of medical devices and the strategic side of sales—and solidified my passion for the medtech industry.
